Henry Hale Graham Sharpless commonplace book

The Henry Hale Graham Sharpless commonplace book was created during Sharpless' time at Haverford College. Sharpless graduated class of 1840, but the book notes many written records and excerpts during 1839 in his junior year. The book contains carving prints from various artists paired with excerpts hand written by Sharpless himself.

The diary covers Benjamin Hayes Smith’s time at Haverford and his expereinces during the American Civil War.
