Biographical Note

Elliston Perot Morris (1980-1899) was the son of Marriott C. Morris and a graduate of Haverford College (class of 1922). He worked with the American Friends Service Committee after World War I, and was a conscientious objector during World War II. In 1942, he declined to register for the military draft, and was sentenced to prison for a year and a day. Morris lived in Feasterville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and was a member of the Religious Society of Friends. He died in 1980.
