Family and business news, including a proposed liquid coffee. 2mo 10, 1864 letter mentions that Eliphaz Cheyney was visiting the family; a false rumor had circulated that he had been arrested for his strong abolitionist sentiments. 1863 letter sent from Westtown where Canby worked as a teacher.
