Asylum for the Relief of Persons Deprived of the Use of Their Reason collected records
This collection contains information sent to Tyler Williams, agent for Shrewsbury Monthly Meeting, N.J., concerning the Asylum for the Relief of Persons Deprived of the Use of Their Reason. It includes the proposal for the Asylum, announcement of its opening, an admission certificate, and other circulars that were sent to meetings under the care of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.

Hettie G. Fenimore family correspondence
This collection consists primarily of letters written to Hettie Fenimore by her family, including her brother Jason, his wife Mary, their children, and Eliza Fell. The correspondence relates personal and local news. Also included are letters written by Hettie's mother, Amy, and a copy of a commencement speech given at Central High School, Philadelphia, in 1858 by her nephew, Frank. Frank's letters contain several of his poems and amusing anecdotes about Philadelphia in the 1850's.

Collection of John Melchior Ogden papers
This collection consists of the papers of John Melchior Ogden, including newspaper clippings, letters and receipts, as well as notices from charitable associations such as the Carpenters' Company and the House of Refuge. Also included are letters to Charles Smith Ogden regarding the book, In Memoriam John Melchior Ogden, as well as reminiscences of Philadelphia in 1800 by Jesse Ogden, and an engraving of Fairhill Meeting House by Joseph Pennell.
