Abstract This collection includes letters between Benjamin Ferris and his wife Hannah, his daughters Deborah and Anna M., and his son David. The letters primarily concern farming and local news. One letter by Benjamin Ferris to his daughter describes in detail his encounter with the dancer Fanny Essler. Also included in the collection are several invitations to Deborah Ferris.
Abstract This collection includes papers of the family of Pusey Bancroft Heald, including the 1886 Friends Almanac with marginal notes by his grandfather, Jacob Heald, and two piece books compiled by his aunt, Lydia Heald, in her adolescence. Also included are copies of the Friends Intelligencer containing articles by his father, Dr. Pusey Heald, and about other members of the family.

Abstract This collection includes legal documents and genealogical information on the Mifflin, Rasin and Jenkins families. Included are marriage records of Warner Mifflin and a will of Abraham Rasin and deeds of Elizabeth Jenkins. Also included is an account of a conversation between Warner Mifflin, an abolitionist, and an enslaved person he was about to emancipate.
Abstract This collection includes letters written by J. Edgar Rhoads to his family while he was in Germany administering war relief after WWI. Also included are the diaries of his grandfather, Jonathan E. Rhoads, from 1908-1910. These provide a record of daily appointments and expenses.
