Abstract

Milada Marsalka was a member of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, U.S. Section, active with the New Haven, Connecticut Branch. Marsalka worked for American-Soviet friendship and conversion of economy from military to civilian production. She was born in Czechoslovakia and later moved to the United States. Marsalka died in 1999 or 2000.

Biographical note

Milada Friedlova Marsalka (1904-2000), was born in Moravia (later part of Czechoslovakia). She and her husband John Marsalka moved to the United States in 1939. Marsalka was a member of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, U.S. Section, active with the New Haven, Connecticut Branch. She worked for American-Soviet friendship and conversion of economy from military to civilian production. Marsalka died in January 2000.
