Biographical / Historical

Farmington Preparative Meeting was established by Easton Quarterly Meeting in 1799 for Friends at Palmyra Genesee, part of Saratoga Monthly Meeting. It became a part of Farmington Monthly on its establishment in 1803. The Hicksite branch of this meeting was laid down in 1919 as a result of reduced membership. The Orthodox branch became a local business meeting in 1902.
