Biographical / Historical

Solebury Monthly Meeting was established in 1811 by Bucks Quarterly Meeting out of Buckingham Monthly Meeting. The Orthodox branch was discontinued in 1829, and its members were transferred to Buckingham Monthly Meeting. Solebury Monthly Meeting (Hicksite) became a united meeting in 1951 in affiliation with Burlington and Bucks Quarterly Meeting. It is currently active.
