Minnie Clapp Mygatt diaries

Abstract Volume I was written in Paris, April 1879-April 1880. Volume II contains entries by Minnie Clapp Mygatt and a few by her husband during the four years of their marriage (1884-1888) and later entries and revisions during her first years as a widow. Written primarily in New York City, the entries focus on domestic life, love and sexuality, and religion.
