The Swarthmore Horticultural Society was founded in 2001 as a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the public spaces in the Borough of Swarthmore, Delaware County, PA. It was established by the Cresson Horticultural Trust and is supported by individuals and community groups including the Swarthmore Centennial Foundation, Swarthmore Garden Club, Scott Foundation, and local businesses.
