Records of of the pre-Separation, Orthodox, and United branch of Cropwell Preparative Meeting, 1793-1982, include: vital records; men's minutes, 1794-1982; women's minutes, 1806-1917; financial records, 1816-1911; property records, 1805; school committee records, 1906-1920; school trustees' minutes, 1792-1830; Cropwell school fund trustees' account books, 1836-1911.
Records of Cropwell Monthly Meeting, 1982-2008, include: minutes, 1982-2008; miscellaneous, 2009. Also includes digital scans of Genealogy of Cropwell Cemetery.

Biographical / Historical
An indulged meeting for worship at Cropwell was established in 1787 under Evesham Preparative Meeting by Evesham Monthly Meeting and Haddonfield Monthly Meeting. The oversight of this meeting was transferred to Upper Evesham Monthly Meeting in 1793. The meeting for worship and a preparative meeting were established in 1794 by Salem Quarterly Meeting.
No information is available about the existance of a Hicksite branch of Cropwell Preparative Meeting.
Cropwell Preparative Meeting (Orthodox) continued after the Separation and this meeting was set off as Cropwell Monthly Meeting in 1982.
