General Note
The Swarthmore College Peace Collection is not the official repository for the records of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom International Office records. Archived records of the WILPF International Office are at the University of Colorado in Boulder. A microfilm edition of that collection covering the period 1915-1978 was published in 1983 by the Microfilming Corporation. At that time, some of the records held by the Swarthmore College Peace Collection were transferred to the University of Colorado so that they could be included in the microfilm edition. Many other of the International records that were still held by the Swarthmore College Peace Collection in 1997 were transferred to the University of Colorado, so that the collection would not be split between two repositories.
Subject
This collection consists of biographical information about international WILPF leaders, circular letters (i.e., form letters sent to WILPF Sections, etc.), and miscellaneous items. This material has not been microfilmed.
