Biographical / Historical

Thomas Bissell, an English Quaker, was the earliest recorder of the Bissell family records. Born in 1643, he was the son of John Bissell. His grandson, William, son of John and Frances, was born in 1680 and was a patton ringmaker in Worcester County, England.
