Overview Charles Thomas Hancock, II, was a Quaker historian and activist. He served as a CO in World War II and was a member of Scarsdale Monthly Meeting and later Mount Toby Monthly Meeting. He served as editor of a newsletter, the New York Young Friends Correspondent from 1949-1951.
