Abstract This collection includes letters received by Henry Drinker regarding various business and personal matters. The correspondents include Ruth Anna Rutter (later Lindley), George Churchman, and William Brinton, who wrote concerning a subscription from Lampeter Preparative Meeting for relief in Europe.
Scope and Content note This collection is composed of the single unbound volume, handwritten manuscript of a "biographical sketch" of James Pemberton. A note at the front of the volume relates how the pages were "copied from manuscripts in the hand of Henry Pemberton." Henry Pemberton then loaned them to Joseph Elkinton, who created this copied volume.
