William Morris Maier (1909-1982), a Haverford College graduate, was active in a wide variety of charitable organizations, especially those related to the Society of Friends. Overview
Friends Fiduciary Corporation of the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends was created in 1975 by a merger of the Trustees of the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting and the Friends Fiduciary Corporation. The Fiduciary Corporation primarily manages and invests funds entrusted to it by Friends meetings and organizations, which are commingled into a Consolidated Fund.
