David Cope Elkinton photograph album
This photograph album follows David Cope Elkinton's junior year abroad as he travelled with a group of friends through pre-WWII Europe and the Mediterranean. The album covers the years 1934 and 1935, though the album is non-chronological and omits large periods of time.
J.P. Elkinton autobiography
J. P. Elkinton’s autobiography describes his childhood and family, his attendance at Haverford College, from which he graduated in 1908. He also describes his experiences with the Society of Friends, particularly his travels on religious visits, and his adult life with his wife, Mary Bucknell, and their children. In addition to stories from various periods of his life, he provides biographical sketches of his family members.

The materials in this collection include the constitution and by-laws of the newly consolidated Everett-Athenaeum society, which describes the officers and their duties, the election of officers and members, the rules of order, and the process for making amendments to the constitution.
Everett Society records
The collection contains materials that reflect the activities of the Everett Society. Materials included in the collection are the Society's constitution and by-laws, meeting minutes, adminsitrative and financial records, events and addresses, correspondence, as well as the Society's published work, The Bud.

Papers of the Philadelphia families Bloomfield, Coates, Cresson, Emlen, Gumbes, Horner, Howel, Lloyd, Macomb, Moore, Vaux and Wetherill families from the 19th and 20th centuries. Some of these families were Quaker, including Coates, Emlen and Vaux; others had some Quaker family members, including Cresson, other families, including Gumbes and Wetherill, did not remain Quaker.
