Overview Dispatch News Service International (DNSI), was formed in Saigon in 1968 by Michael Morrow and other free-lance writers to give Westerners a deeper understanding of the people, problems, and cultures of Asia. The Washington, D.C. office opened 1969 and focused on news of Indochina, Southeast and East Asia, and Latin America. DNSI suspended operations March 1973.
