Letters from Robert M. Janney. George Vaux, and Isaac Clothier concern contributions to finance the publication of "First Publishers" as a supplement to the Journal. Most of the correspondence is with Norman Penney (1858-1933), Quaker historian and Librarian at the Friends' Reference Library in London.
