Scope and Contents
This folder includes internal communications between the Collection Committee regarding scheduling speakers for upcoming Collections as well as working on promoting Collections to Haverford students and faculty. The folder includes correspondence, meeting minutes, drafts of Collection schedules, and information about potential Collection speakers. Some of the correspondence is with Haverford groups that helped sponsor Collection speakers, such as the Black Student League, and WeSpeak.

The Collection Committee during this period was comprised mainly of Haverford students, though the committee was overseen by Dean Matthews Hamabata, who handled most of the coordination with Haverford organizations and affinity groups who helped sponsor many of the Collection speakers.
