Business meetings were frequently not held every summer month, but minutes are not present from the following months:
2008 (August), 2009 (August), 2010 (May-August), 2011 (April, September, December), 2012 (March, August, September), 2013 (March, June, August), 2014 (March, August, November, December), 2015 (January, February, April, July, November), 2016 (July), 2017 (July), 2018 (January, July), 2019 (August), 2020 (September), 2021 (July), 2022 (July), 2023 August).
