This folder contains letters written and sent by Richard W. Bacon, Roger Bacon, Rowland Bacon, and S. Allen Bacon to Francis Bacon, Edith Bacon, and other family members from March 14, 1864 to July 12, 1987. These letters mention volunteering at the Soup House, going into new businesses, and descriptions of people and the environment in South Africa, trial of Lee Stern re Free India movement, travel in South America. Attached to a letter sent by Rowland on March 26, 1940s is a photo of Santa Marta Range.
