Info Projects: 70-77 to 70-82. HC summer assistant and graduate of UPenn Martin Jugelson committed suicide on August 21st, 1970 (70-77). Suit filed questions constitutionality of PA laws requiring colleges and universities to report on certain behavior of students who receive state financial aid, as challenged by the ACLU (70-78). Norman B. Hannah, former U.S. minister and deputy chief of mission in Bangkok, Thailand, named diplomat-in-residence of Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore colleges (70-80). Two-week workshop on nonviolent social change begins at HC (70-82).
