Scope and Contents
Paper minutes include all attached reports (Recorder, assorted committee, budget) plus member-related records like marriage intention an membership transfers. Special minutes on topics of concern to Charlottesville Friends Meeting are also included.
Some minutes of this period were deposited digitally by the BYM Yearly Meeting Office. Where identical in content, the digital copy was retained.
