Scope and Contents
"Lease from Richard Morrey to Negro Mooney alias Cremona for 198 Acres of Land" [slightly unclear if this document is leasing the entire 198 acres to Mooney, or if it confirms 68 acres which she already held], list of legacies/legatees of the Morrey estate, description of a back and forth re: a piece of 198 acres which Richard Morrey "improperly" leased to "his Negro Woman Cremona [Satterthwaite] (or Mooney) for 500 year". One third of that 198 acres remained for Cremona [Satterthwaite] and the remainder was leased to other persons.
