Note on reverse identifies the women in the photo as "Miss Kennedy, Miss Greenfield, Mrs. Harvey, Miss Ubsdell, Miss Coale, Miss Holdsworth;" possibly refers to relief workers Ruth Kennedy, Ethel H. Ubsdell, Edith Skipwith Coale, and Ruth Isabel Holdsworth Midgley.
