DS. Petition to Benjamin Franklin, president of the Supreme Executive Council of Pennsylvania, for the return of Phineas Bond, a Tory who left Philadelphia to settle in England. Signers of the petition include Benjamin Rush, Robert Morris, John Nixon, and William White.
