Info Projects: 70-83 to 70-97. Dr. Ruben Berrios Martinez, president of the Puerto Rican Independence Party and a professor at University of Puerto Rico Law School, to give a lecture at HC (70-84). Coleman's reaction, as published in the Inquirer, to Nixon's urging of Congress to authorize the Immediate Federal intervention in cases of bombing or arson on virtually all college campuses and the hiring of about 1,000 FBI agents to do this job (70-86). Professor emeritus Alfred J. Swan of music at HC dies following a stroke at his home at 79 years old (70-89).
