Promissory note protest: Philadelphia, Pa. to James Latimer
DS. Promissory noted dated May 1, 1811, handwritten at top of document, states that James Latimer will repay a loan to Dilworth within six months. As he failed to do so, the protest was filed by the second endorser, John Byrnes, with Benjamin Nones, notary public of Philadelphia.
