This folder includes a draft of a declaration with handwritten corrections of Russell Stetler about his witnessing of the execution of Robert Alton Harris by lethal gas in 1992, four pages of handwritten notes about the executions, an evidence receipt for the videotape of the execution, and description of PTSD and its uses in court.
