TLS. "I am directed by the Commissioners of this Revenue to inform you, that unless the Duty now outstanding, and payable under the Administration to the Effects of the late Giles B. Bennett is forthwith accounted for, proceedings will be instituted against you without further notice, in His Majesty's Court of Exchequer, to compel you to render an Account, on Oath, of the personal Estate of the deceased, and to pay the Duties and Penalties incurred."
