Info Projects 78-313 to 78-335. Richard J. Bernstein, philosophy professor at HC, awarded a fellowship for post-doctoral research by the American Council of Learned Societies (78-313). Fifteen members of the Haverford College soccer team to attend the World Cup soccer games in Buenos Aires, Argentina (78-314). Marty Lipman and Rich Marks, freshman doubles on the HC tennis team, selected for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III All-American Tennis Team (78-316). Haverford College to open on Thursday, September 7, 1978, with a new president -- Stevens (78-319). HC to be assisted in meeting the increased demand for financial aid through a grant of $40,000 from the W. W. Smith Charitable Trust (78-321).
