Deed from Samuel Preston Moore, Philadelphia Physician, and wife, Hannah to Benjamin Franklin, Philadelphia printer for a lot of land on High St. between 3rd and 4th Streets. Signed by Benjamin Franklin and Justic John Mifflin on vellum with wax seal. (This land had in 1720 been purchased by Richard Hill from Anthony Morris).
