Info Projects: 80-1 to 80-41A. G. Holger Hansen, associate VP of Swarthmore College, named vice president for institutional advancement of Haverford College (80-7). Archibald MacIntosh, emeritus vice president and director of admissions at Haverford College, dies (80-9). The International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) has made a grant of $60,000 to Haverford College to support a program to encourage minority students to study science (80-12). Mike Racke, junior basketball player at HC, passes the 1,000 point mark in his career at HC (80-17). Haverford College's Indoor Track Team wins the Middle Atlantic Championship, breaking Widener's ten-year streak (80-26). Paula Singer named acting director of college relations at Haverford College, and will also edit the Horizons alumni magazine (80-32). HC to hold a minority cultural week in early April of 1980 (80-36). A group of Haverford College "externs" to observe professionals in a variety of careers during spring break (80-37). The Margaret Gest Program for the Cross-Cultural Study of Religion at Haverford College to host first annual dialogue on the unity of religions on Saturday, April 19 (80-38). Troy Alexander and Jerry Crossan, seniors at HC, each win an $8,000 Thomas J. Watson Fellowship for a year's travel and independent study abroad (80-41A).
