Biographical / Historical
Hannah Carter, born 1834, was a birthright member of Little Britain Monthly Meeting (Baltimore Yearly Meeting). The daughter of Amor and Sophia Carter, in 1857 she was married by magistrate to Joel Carter Hollingsworth, a first cousin. She requested to remain a member and in 1858 transferred her membership to Little Falls Monthly Meeting.
