Info Projects 80-142 to 80-170. The Haverford Soccer team beats Swarthmore and is able to advance to the Middle Atlantic Conference Southern Division's championship (80-142). The Haverford Cross-Country team qualifies for the NCAA championships for the third consecutive year (80-143). Raimundo Panikkar, a professor from University of California at Santa Barbara to lecture at HC as part of the Gest Center's initiative towards the cross-cultural study of religion (80-147). The Haverford-Bryn Mawr Quaker Activities Committee and Peace Action Project to sponsor a day of fasting to specifically highlight and raise money for Nicaragua the the issue of food distribution there (80-157).
