A United States gold dollar issued in 1874. In leather case, which reads, “Bristol County Trust Co. / Taunton, Mass.” Coin shows some greening. Accompanied by small slip of paper that reads, “Apr 29 1924 -- / in my box / Auntie Smith’s / gold $ 1874.”
