This file includes announcements of three new beginnings: Richard and Gerda Conant write to announce the birth of their daughter Susan Wendy, Louise Erickson sends an invitation to her marriage to Lars Danielsson, and William Reese writes to notify John Davison of a possible position on the Haverford faculty. Wayne Barlow writes to officially inform JD that he has passed the Qualifying Exam for a PhD in composition at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester. Jean Lunn continues to write extensively, and sends programs for all of the concerts she is singing in. Giorgio Gaggia, Anthony 'Tony' Kooiker, Margaret Massey-Stewart, and Noel Waterman also write consistently.
