note with ms. document "The letter of William Caton beginning 'Some quiryes' was originally No. 1 in the William Penn Letterbook" (Gift of Henry Pemberton, 1834) "Some quiryes to you that call your selves ye Church of Christ and doth presume to cast out those from among you that are separated from you by the light of Jesus []" and initialed "W.C." is inscribed "1 month 20th, 1834 : *This supposed to be the signature of William Caton" "An epistle for children" (Ms. document, undated, gift of Mrs. H.P.
