P. for Academic Affairs and continuing with: Jonathan Rhoads address recommending appointment of a provost as chief administrative officer under the President in the educational field and serve as chief executive officer when President was absent, 1965; establishing the job description; duties defined, 1968; miscellaneous duties, hiring secretarial staff, and provost appointments.
