Scope and Contents

The Haverford College Art Series was intended to serve both an educational and entertainment function. As a part of the educational program of the college, it was intended to broaden students' interest in , knowledge of, and appreciation for several performing arts. It was also to serve as an entertainment function where students, student guests, and other members of the camps community, as well as local non-college patrons could enjoy high quality professional entertainment.
