17 pages. Most entries concern Collins's religious feelings and her often-repeated desire to dedicate herself more and more fully to her faith. One page discusses a ''colored school'' that Collins was involved with. Most of the material dates from February, March, and April of 1832, but there is also an entry from August 1835 and an undated fragment. Several pages have been cut out.
