Scope and Contents
Made in England by Wood & Brownfield, Cobridge, 1841-1850. Decorated with floral motifs in underglaze blue on off-white ground. Known as Flowing Blue, this type of pottery is consists of a cobalt blue on white irnostone that has been let flow in the firing. Its designs are usually copies of Chinese motifs.
