Historical note
The initial issue notes that previous humor magazines were not found funny and hopes this one will be. The editors’ note on the first issue claims that the “management” of Inner Blight had previously tried to create a humor magazine at Haverford under a different name. They hoped that Inner Blight would be a more successful attempt.
