The Anti-Slavery Bugle was published beginning June 20, 1845, until May 4, 1861, primarily in Salem, Columbiana County, Ohio. Salem was home to many Quakers, and was an active station of the Underground Railroad. The publisher of the paper was James Barnaby; the paper's motto was "No union with slaveholders."
