Letters from George Walenta, 1901 - 1917
Letters are addressed to "Momsey," while envelopes are addressed to "Mrs. E.J. Walenta". Some letters are also addressed to "Dizzy." Some letters are written on the stationery of the General Theological Seminary, Chelsea Square, New York, while others bear the dateline of The Gladstone, a hotel in Philadelphia.
Church of St. Simeon and Philateles Lodge materials, 1909 - 1922
Includes information cards on the 1911 Christmas Day services, delivered by George Walenta. The blank backs of these cards were used to paste small jokes, clipped from publications. Also includes the Lent 1922 issue of the Church of St. Simeon, as well as ephemera related to George Walenta's induction into Philateles Lodge in Philadelphia.
