Contents include letters written by Richard Costello Jones to his parents from a summer camp in South China, Maine (including one letter written on birch bark) in 1886, letters written by RCJ at Haverford to Edward Couklin and Edward Thomas, 1891, letters to RCJ while at Haverford from Edward Couklin and Edgar M. Clark, a receipt for the "initiation fee" for the Haverford Science Club, "Specifications of Canoe" notes, and a handkerchief decorated with red crosses.

Contents include a large photograph of costumed children posing; 1887 manuscript reports of "Medical Missions," Friends Hospital, Boys Training House, Girls Training House; undated report of Francis Sharrion; remembrance of dead Friends (William Miller, Chester Douglas, Isaac Jay, Ruth Clibborn, Eliza P. Contents include letters from Madeline Jones Walenta to an unknown recipient, labeled with locations (Newark, Trenton, Bridgeport, New Haven, Providence, South Norwalk, North Philadelphia, "Westerly, Kingston and Wickford Junction," Houington(?), New Joudore(?), Stanier(?), Maryland). Also includes 25 snapshots, and an album of unidentified photographs.

These are two academic hoods, both black lined with red. One is trimmed with purple velvet and the other trimmed with white.
