Abstract One letter in this collection, dated Harvard Law School, 1931, with its signature cut out, suggests Rodell take a job with Governer Pinchot of Pennsylvania if it is offered, which he did. Rodell later became, and remained for 41 years, a professor of law at Yale University. Yale Law School in its philosophy was diametrically opposed to the philosophy propounded by Harvard Law School.
