This volume records shipments of goods Cope received in 1797, generally from Manchester and Liverpool. Entries record who the shipment was from, the ship's name, the port from which it embarked, the goods received, and the values of the items.Shipments included various types of cloth, knives and flatware, and writing implements such as ink and ink stands.
