This folder includes the plans for a "Proposed Building at Haverford College" (Barclay Hall), a drawing entitled "Proposed Building for Haverford College" (Union Building) by Walter F. Price, Architect, a photostatic copy of the comprehensive plan for Haverford College by George M. Ewing Co. Architects, and a brochure about Stokes Hall produced shortly after its construction.

The folder contains materials pertaining to work on roadways, the landlord-lessee relationship between the College and its tenants, the Business Management Office, the Duck Pond, the maintenance and operations budget, and construction projects on campus.
